Cookies

I normally do not eat store-bought cookies, but I have been eating some my wife bought the other day. Chips Ahoy Chocolate Chunk. Not too sweet, not too soft, not too hard. And the chocolate is very tasty. I have to stop eating them now so there will be some left for the kids later. I am just too good to them!

Hi, my name is mortal_one and I am an extreme chocoholic! My hope is that I am never a recovering chocoholic.

I like all kinds of chocolate, though I am partial to dark chocolate. I have eaten chocolate on just about everything. It didn't always taste great, but hey, it was CHOCOLATE.

I am interested in starting to make my own chocolate from scratch (or bean). I will be posting here from time to time to let you in on my chocolate endeavors.
